Return, exchange and refund policy:


If after receiving your order, and for any reason you wish to return the product you have purchased, you have a period of 15 calendar days from the date of receipt, according to the tracking number that Musita's has provided you with.
To make an exchange, you will have to manage a return of your purchase, by contacting us ( info@musitaslanzarote.com ) providing the order number, as well as your name and surname, and place a new order with the model and/or size you need.
To process the return correctly, the product must be in perfect condition, without any damage or signs of use and in its original packaging, wrapped to protect it from transport. Once we receive it and check that the product is in perfect condition, you will receive a confirmation email and we will refund the amount immediately. If these terms are not met, the return may be rejected.
The return will be made by the transport company of your choice (send an email previously informing of the shipment, which will be made to the email address info@musitaslanzarote.com), the shipping costs will be paid by the customer. The return must be sent to the following address: Avenida Las Palmeras nº30, Costa Teguise, 35508, Lanzarote - Canary Islands. The company cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur in this process, nor can it be held responsible for deliveries made at the customer's expense in the event that the goods are not delivered to our address or are lost.
Once the return has been verified at the time we receive the package, the refund will be made automatically by the same method of payment of the initial order.
